RESERVATION INFORMATION
Contact us by email or telephone to start planning your stay. We look forward to answering your questions about Sleep’s Cabins and activities in the area.

POLICIES
Occupancy and use – Rates are for the maximum number of people for each cabin for vacation rental use only. Guests agree to observe the policies during their occupancy and report any damage or maintenance needs.

Check-in at 4:00 PM, Check-out at 10:00 AM

Smoking – The cabins are all non-smoking, smoking is allowed outside only. Be respectful of neighbors especially if they have windows open.

No Pets Allowed – No exceptions to the No Pets rule. ($100 Fine)

Candles – No candles or open flames in the cabins. Smoking is allowed outside only.

Noise – No excessive noise, partying, or entertaining large groups without prior arrangement.

Reservation confirmation – Reservations are confirmed when the registration is received and the rental fee paid.

Security deposit – Credit card authorization for a security deposit is required at check-in. The amount of the deposit is 50% due upon booking; the balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. If you are making your reservation within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking. No security damage charges will be processed unless there is damage.

Cancellation policy – If the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days before the first day of the rental period the entire amount less a $150.00 administrative fee is refundable. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before the first day of the rental period the entire amount is non-refundable.

Special event use – The cabins and grounds are available for family reunions, retreats and other gatherings. Please ask Tawnie for information.

Housekeeping – All cabins are clean and ready for you upon arrival. Housekeeping services are available during your stay for a fee of $25 per hour. Please don’t take white towels to the dock. We have beach towels if you need them. Your cabins have been stocked with a starter supply of paper products.

Parking: See map for parking assignments. Parking spots are #’d for cabins. All visiting guests park across the road at shop
parking lot in designated guest parking spots. No parking in driveway as it is a FIRE LANE.

Check out duties:
Guests are required to leave the cabins in the same condition it was when they arrived.
Dishes washed and put away. BBQ, refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave cleaned.
Please do not strip sheets. (Easier for us to treat spots.)
*We will add a cleaning fee of $25 per hour if check out duties are not completed or excessive cleaning is needed.

• Please no excessive noise after 10:00 p.m.
• Swim at your own risk…NO LIFE GUARD on duty. Adult MUST accompany children to water areas.
• Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are available for guest to use at your own risk. Please replace them when finished.
• Please don’t leave green/red chairs on the dock. Wind will blow them down stream.
• Use bucket to douse your Campfire when you are done for the evening. **Small fires please!!!
• No glass allowed on dock or campfire area.
• Each cabin has a garbage can with a lid… Don’t leave garbage out for the animals! Let us know if can is full.
• Absolutely no feminine products or flushable wipes flushed. Thank you!

GUEST LIABILITY: Guest shall be liable for any damages caused to the premises by Guests or Guests Company, including, but not limited to, landscaping, appliances, furnishings, linens, towels and kitchen items. Guest agrees to reimburse Sleep’s Cabins for costs incurred to repair/replace the same.
