Loved your cozy cabin! ...every single little detail. The dishes, decor, soft comforting colors in the bedrooms. Your family has preserved a gem and a fine piece if history for Lake Pend Orielle. Our favorite eats were the Cedar Street Bistro, delicious wraps and yummy gelato, AND the Pie Hut. Fabulous meals and generous offerings of pie! … and a nice antique store next-door, too! We got lost looking for the Lost Lake trail, but found it and enjoyed the leisurely 1 mile walk into the Lake (1.7 mile round trip). Especially thank you for the warm welcome of fresh baked mint brownies. Wow! That was a real treat! Blessings to you.

When Larry and I opened the side door to the “house” we sighed out loud. It was as though the long drive was worth it, and it answered our prayers - we seemed to be home. Coffee on the deck, fishing off the dock, lazy naps and every day sightseeing was money well spent. The setting sun, the sound of the big trains crossing the lake, it was pure magic. We breathed easier, slept deeper and felt as relaxed as I can ever remember. Thank you so much for this great experience. We will never forget our surroundings, the coziness of every room of this house. I felt as though we had gone back in time and life slowed so blissfully, if even for a week.
Waking up to the wonderful view is a memory that will stay with us forever! The cabin is perfect - comfortable and so well equipped. We have had a marvelous holiday. Thank you so much.
